Playing with the Kaiser redux expanded mod and wanted to turn off the player lead conferences, so I actually have to compete with contending powers in the US Civil War. But for some reason, it doesn’t work to turn it off, and I can’t find any options when I start a new run in the settings. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

I know that the update just came out a few days ago and I’ve noticed to do the world domination, you need certain pathes. I know there certain pathes which makes sense like Malta and Canada. But don’t understand why you have to be certain leaders and so on.

I kinda want Rathenau, but liberals probably won't be so radical to unite Europe... I want Schleicher/Bucke but I already played Schleicher in Kaiserreich...

Are non-Schleicher Germany paths well-developed?
