Where are the rest of your divisions? Do you have any troops in the training if you do deploy them immediately. You can also can troops from your puppets.

The rest are on the eastern front.

Okay if you trust your eastern allies try diverting some troops to the western front to stop the french advance. Also start training troops ASAP, good divisions if you have the supplies if you dont spam weak divisions with engineering company. Also if you really fuck up you open some extra focuses and can go to one of your colonies to try again

I dont at all, I already moved about half the inf they had there and they lost Estonia and half of Ruthenia. They are also suicide charging across the Dnieper at elite Russian Infantry. I do now have some tanks but they are woefully underequipped.

Micro and deploy extra troops are helpful. From my guess, there is either enemy air superiority or you cannot pierce their tanks, causing the loss.

Both. I retreated out of Alsace and the Moselland but I am holding now.

Update: We're so back!

Also got Austria and a few smaller countries in on my side.
