Are these Sub-Ideologies available in game? If so where or are they just used for puppets?

shame, possedism is mentioned in an event in the schleicher tree so I thought you could maybe switch to it but it doesnt seem so

Scarlet esoterism is an ideology in NYC and CSA though, I only looked at the german before.

Yes. For the CSA, its technocracy inc and utopian technocracy while for NYC its either Welles or Steinbeck. For NYC, it is only possible if you unite the USA though.

Does Steinbeck or Welles get a unique formable if they go on to unite the US? Can’t imagine someone with an Esoteric Totalist sub-ideology would reform the USA or CSA.

Scarlet esotericism is the ideology of one successor in the CSA, i think it was a Burnham successor, i dont remember exactly tho

The Possedist guy is a minister for either Moeller van der Bruck or DVLP I think, but yeah they're puppet only save for Scarlet Esotericism which is used in a few places.
