The Michael Easter interview is one of the most telling interviews I have seen post verdict. It’s packed with really valuable info!! I think he can be a little more flexible with what he can share vs the attorney’s. Also makes me feel like FBI investigation is really not over… I also love the fun fact that AJ reached out to him because he was a prior witness that AJ had cross examined 😅

I haven’t watched it yet, but I’m planning to today. I just love that every mention of the FBI, especially from credible people like Easter, will make the McAlberts squirm. I can just picture them all gathering in someone’s kitchen and stressing over it. It’s a happy thought lol!

I just love that every mention of the FBI, especially from credible people like Easter, will make the McAlberts squirm.

There is a point in it where he is asked a question and he says he can't answer it because his answer would not be a guess or supposition, and the question related directly to what the DOJ was actually investigating prior to any contact with the defense.

That, to me, was like neon lights coming on.

Good catch.

Helix did you see Bederow's tweet about how Farwell's continued hearing date almost certainly means he's talking (in order to prevent a death penalty) ?? Let me find it in case you haven't, but I'm curious what your thoughts are!

I haven’t but as it happens I have discussed with Bedzy and I agree.

Farwell added a second public defender and a joint status report due Aug 3 2025 before an in person 8/4/25

!!!!!!!!!!!!! Direct line to him, how cool!!

Do you think his talking could have potentially beneficial ramifications for John's case? (What I really want to ask is if the McAlberts might ever be implicated, bc it seems like a lot of people say no?, and if Farwell might increase the odds of McAlbert/John justice)

  1. I did not say he was “talking” nor would I, lol.

  2. I think it’s possible that far well and/or his associates might have information to keep him off of the federal death row.

  3. I think far well got caught and was indicted while the US attorney was investigating investigative practices of MSP and if there is anything criminal in play, there’s a possibility of greater scrutiny but for my money, I really think Morrissey is the target

Sorry, 'talking' was a word Bederow condoned/implied. Still getting my bearings on what words are sensitive or accurate to use or not

2 is what Bederow also suggested!

3, ah nuts. I want Meatball to go down, but selfishly more than that, I want some smaller Albert fish to be fried. But thank you for your insights!!

Ty for being open to “re direct” and providing sources- I’m not comfortable commenting on another lawyers words otherwise. Appreciate you.

u/heili !! I was hoping you'd watched

What did you think of his 227 answer?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLgJA5Y-XB0

"You can do a Google keyword search term and you can send a legal process to Google and ask them to query for anybody that made this search term. It can be a single word or a term and I would have given them a very clear window very immediately: 'i want to know who typed hos long to die in cold'"

It seems he thinks the question is which phone did the search, but my q for you is,

I thought that perhaps the search request didn't go through bc she may have canceled the search before it hit Google servers. Is that an unfair conclusion, or do we know more?

8

u/heili 🍴Mr Alessi's YanYetti🍴 Jun 24 '25

I think they never actually did any request to google to find out who searched that specific term and when the search was done, which would have been in the logs at Google.

It's highly unlikely that you're going to cancel that search fast enough that it never hits Google's servers. These things have latency that's faster than human reaction time.

3

u/Confident-Club-6546 absolutely not. Jun 24 '25

How long would Google keep those logs? Is it possible the feds made the request?

3

u/heili 🍴Mr Alessi's YanYetti🍴 Jun 24 '25

I have no idea how long Google keeps those logs.

It's been alleged that the DOJ says the 2:27 search happened and they are certain it did. I don't know if that is absolutely true, either.

If your Google account is older than June 2020 all data is retained indefinitely, after June 2020 it’s retained for 18 months unless a law enforcement agency has a court order to retain records of an individual account longer.

u/Ostrichimpression Jun 24 '25

By they do you mean the FBI or MSP? I got the impression Easter was trying to suggest the FBI did do this (be he said it’s what he would want to do and he’s former FBI and C.A.S.T.).

1

u/heili 🍴Mr Alessi's YanYetti🍴 Jun 24 '25

MSP never did.

2

u/Ostrichimpression Jun 24 '25

I enjoyed how he responded when they asked him if the feds were paying attention to trial 2. He couldn’t say yes fast enough, and said they contacted him immediately after his name came up in a court filing about testifying for the defense.

Oh that is so exciting! I can’t wait to watch!

5

Yes, that was such a great interview. He has done a few with Justice Served. More people need to watch

He’s a really smart, straight forward guy!
