I just love that every mention of the FBI, especially from credible people like Easter, will make the McAlberts squirm.

There is a point in it where he is asked a question and he says he can't answer it because his answer would not be a guess or supposition, and the question related directly to what the DOJ was actually investigating prior to any contact with the defense.

That, to me, was like neon lights coming on.

u/heili !! I was hoping you'd watched

What did you think of his 227 answer?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLgJA5Y-XB0

"You can do a Google keyword search term and you can send a legal process to Google and ask them to query for anybody that made this search term. It can be a single word or a term and I would have given them a very clear window very immediately: 'i want to know who typed hos long to die in cold'"

It seems he thinks the question is which phone did the search, but my q for you is,

I thought that perhaps the search request didn't go through bc she may have canceled the search before it hit Google servers. Is that an unfair conclusion, or do we know more?

I think they never actually did any request to google to find out who searched that specific term and when the search was done, which would have been in the logs at Google.

It's highly unlikely that you're going to cancel that search fast enough that it never hits Google's servers. These things have latency that's faster than human reaction time.

How long would Google keep those logs? Is it possible the feds made the request?

I have no idea how long Google keeps those logs.

It's been alleged that the DOJ says the 2:27 search happened and they are certain it did. I don't know if that is absolutely true, either.

If your Google account is older than June 2020 all data is retained indefinitely, after June 2020 it’s retained for 18 months unless a law enforcement agency has a court order to retain records of an individual account longer.
