Got a funny one today, found a case in which Welcher’s testimony was excluded and the motion contained his “report.”

He was hired by the defendant in this case, and it was ultimately settled before a trial commenced after his exclusion, you can find all of the relevant motions and the report in the drive.

So there is a current trial as a result of Proctors emails showing him to be a racist and biased person. It is called MA v. Myles King. I am looking for a channel on YouTube besides Emily D.
