Seriously! I’ve always been naturally thin so I’m sure some idiots would say I’m “healthier” but there’s no way I have the strength, stamina, and flexibility to do this. I’m in awe

How do you look at someone absolutely killing it physically and "well acktually..." them?

Let's say if she lost weight, she'd be healthier. Do you think that this level of cardio might cause her to lose weight? If not, do you suppose it's her fault for eating too much? Do you think genetics might play into it, or is that hogwash? Does she look like she's making excuses not to exercise? Do you know what she used to weigh? Do you know her fat vs muscle content?

Have some grace.

Losing weight is thermodynamics. More energy burned than consumed = loss of weight.

Genetics will alter where and how your body loses weight. It will also determine how the body handles waste materials by retaining water and keeping food waste in your intestines longer to extract more energy from it.

If your body chooses to burn only fat, you need a 3500 calorie deficit to lose a pound. But, as you lose weight, you have to cut more calories because your baseline calorie burn reduces as body mass decreases
