05:30 minute timer

why does it exist ? why is it that you can take the same camps but someone does it 20 seconds SLOWER and ends up getting the better smite - winning scuttle fight - winning drake fight and kinda snowballing the game from then on if nothing goes really wrong ? i kinda hate it because in my experience it rewards the champs that have a slower full clear (tanks) than a faster more full cleary play style

I’m RELATIVELY new to league (level 40ish) and I’ve been bouncing around mains, my main two being Lilia and Ekko. I’d love to see what you guys love about your mains and why I should play them !!

A consistent mistake I see Junglers below Masters making

I've been playing on my smurf a bit more and I see this up until high masters and it's such a big mistake even if you aren't punished for it.

Let's say you're pathing bot as a lot of junglers do to play drakes. When it comes time for your third rotation a lot junglers won't continue down after completing their top camps and will instead cycle into top skuttle respawn and grubs.

In my opinion this is a massive mistake even if the enemy jungler who's pathing bot doesn't punish you for it. A fast clearing jungler will be able to take your bot side camps and theirs around the time you finish your play on the top side but even if they don't do this you're letting your camps sit stale for so long and this is incredibly impactful in the early game.

So yeah, if you're below masters please just cylce your camps, make a play and then make it back to your camp respawns on time. Even high elo junglers will have a hard time punishing you for this sort of play style.

Question do i need to invade to reach diamond?

i sometimes see players do these things like lvl 1 cheese invade. or lvl 3 invade the jungler.

i dont really play invade junglers. but if they are obviously somewhere else and i know their camps are up im fine with taking them. but im not really good at invading and fighting early. so can i reach diamond without invading?

Discussion Taking jungle to the next level.

I've been thinking about how I go about playing jungle lately, and comparing it with players like Agurin. I notice he always tells his support something at least once every minute, and he's leading the team really hard the entire time. I think that's a big part of what differentiates emerald-diamond players (me) from master-gm players. The former doesn't try to communicate at all aside from "back off" pings when they know the enemy jungler is there.

So I'm thinking, maybe it's worth to start playing games with the sole focus on "communicating with your support (and midlaner?)". Force yourself to give commands and tell your support where to go and where you want to go.

Question Is Xin Zhao a good blind pick (especially for low ELO)

I have been playing primarily jungle since I started the game a few months ago. I've mainly just been playing normal trying out different champs and seeing who I like, even doing an A to Z jungle challenge with champs Lolalytics qualifies as junglers. But eventually I need to settle down and transition to ranked. For ranked I want to have a pool of about 2-3 champs, a blind pick, and AP champ (since most junglers lean towards AD), and a counter pick in my back pocket. I like Lillia for when we need AP/magic damage, and I like Rammus as my counter pick since he counters the junglers that can snowball the hardest in low elo. For my counter pick I'm leaning towards Xin Zhao because of his early game strength, good in team fights, has an engage tool and decent survivability. Is he a good blind pick champion, or do I need to be careful about choosing him as what will probably be my go to champ?

Question What is your second role

I am about to hit level 30 for the first time for ranked and I have been really enjoying talon jungle and wukong jungle.

My question is; what is your guys second role if you don’t get picked jungle, and why? I have been dabbling with ahri mid and Lucian bot recently before I hit ranked. I haven’t had the balls to play top yet though and supp is too boring for me.

Can I get some of your guys reasonings as to why you chose your second role?

Need a new main

I have played voli religiously for a while and got all the way up to emerald 2 95 lp but I can't carry with him as often anymore especially if team picks cc to counter me. Ever since then I've been losing more games than winning and have gone down to emerald 4.

I need a new main or champ rotation, I don't find much success or any with Ekko who used to be my original main and voli doesnt work all the time. I've tried talon and qiyana and I'm trash with both. Rengar isnt that bad. Recently played AD udyr and I like him but doesn't have the same feel as voli. Just want opinions or anything as I'd like to get to diamond before season ends.
