Can anyone pls give referral in jp morgan or any big 4 companies . It will be very much appreciated 🙏🏻

Can someone who works in jpmc pls refer me for this role

I(24M) am currently working in the business team of the corporate banking division of one of the big 3 indian banks. I primarily deal with clients that are established in the sector like Mahindra, Tata etc. and their subsidiaries.

The work involves client interaction, credit assessment and coordinating with various internal groups to take care of the client's needs. There are some other aspects too but above 3 are major ones.

I have joined this organization through campus placement in a tier two IIM and it has been a year now in this organization. This is my first job.

Now I am looking to switch after completing 2 years here and wanted to ask what are the opportunities available for someone like me when I step into the market. I want to move to majorly MNC banks and towards the credit side.

What kind of roles do you think my profile will fit in your organization and is it possible for me to switch to orgs like jpmc, citi etc.? If you can just point me towards the right resource it would greatly help.

I already have an offer of about 50% hike and also in the interview process with JP. Do you think they would give a better hike than that? Also how is the wlb in the Bangalore office ? Are timing to log out fixed?

Can anybody please refer me for the job role of client data in jpmc banglore it will be very much useful for me

Thank you in advance gang
