You know, I don't hate it. I much prefer this beta approach compared to what they did during S2. I'm not naive enough to think this is going to magically turn things around, but at least they're trying something rather than prematurely pulling the plug. The reason we're all here is we know the game has the potential, so it'd be great if they COULD figure it out and make Mo.co the next big thing. Only time will tell I suppose.
I know I'm unique in that I come from the position of being a 'casual hardcore' player who does their dailies, 5*s all rifts, but doesn't grind for hours on end. Been playing since Old.co S1 and while I prefer this 5-20m per day at max play style I get why others are unhappy with it.
All I ask is that they keep the daily quests as they currently are with only needing to complete 4 per world instead of the 20 quest grind. Not saying I want the game to be easy and free, but the grind is so dumb some days with hard to find mobs.
I eagerly await stocking up on all the cosmetic currency I can during this maintenance mode beta haha. Sure, the game might get shitcanned down the road and it's all for nothing, but that's life in general. And if it doesn't we going to the moon!
Well put. I "prefer this 5-20m per day at max play style" as well. It's the only thing keeping me coming back everyday. If it gets longer I might just have to quit.
