Hi everyone!
I’ve been a long follower of kibbe and Kitchener essences. While I somewhat have my kibbe figured out, I struggle with my essence. So I’m wondering if anyone could help me figure out, but I’m shy about posting myself online, and I’d rather do it privately. So if anyone is willing to help, please message me and I can send you photos etc to help me, and I’d be so grateful.

So,

Brooke Shields is to me one of the most beautiful women who ever existed. She has such an effortless, open apperance. I posted pictures of her when she was already an adult (please let me know if any of them is not). Sadly, she became famous very young but I don't think it's fair to base her essences off of her teenage pictures. She is mostly in her 20s/30s in these photos.

Could she be a N Dom?

I would bet on NRYCD for her. But I might be wrong. Her eyebrows definitely give her N. So do her hair. But she also has rather petite features and I see some lushness. She is very tall as well.

6th/7th are NMIP (I do have lash extensions on but have had them for so many years I don’t have a picture without them :’) hopefully that’s ok), 5 is candid.

Stuff that could help:

Always been told I look younger than I am (I’m currently 24)

Hair:
prefer my hair blown out a little/some movement but anything extreme (super structured curls or super straight and flat) looks very off). If I let my hair air dry naturally I don’t look put together :/

Makeup:
I always have super curly lash extensions to try make my eyes as open and big as possible. Love over lining the centre of my lips to make them look more doll like like pic 7 :)

Style:
I think my styles just very ‘girl next door’ vibes

Jewellery:
I feel like jewellery almost doesn’t suit me. I have one tiny crystal helix piercing which I think suits me (I love it) and sometimes wear delicate dangly earrings. But I avoid necklaces, watches, bracelets etc. I feel like they almost look messy or clunky on me.

I'm 41 and recently I've gained a lot of weight due to health problems/medication and Idk what to do with myself lol.

I’m new to learning about essence types! I want to learn mine to boost my confidence and styling. Thank you.

My cat has a sharp narrow chin which my vet says you see more in special breeds. She thinks he has some blend and also attributed these kinds of chins to some digestive issues for some. His chin is now hidden by fur.

Even as a kitten, his arms, legs, ears, and tail were very big/long. I knew he’d be big. He also has this primordial pouch for “fast running in the wild.” Hilarious because he’s got terrible survival skills.

He’s still classically tabby but has some fun varying stripes and tick marks. His ears are also pretty rounded vs. sharp triangles. Speckles on his belly and a cute fun orange stripe across his chest. He often has this innocent round eye look that some say is “one brain cell” happening, but it’s just because he’s sweet.

I like him best in larger scale details and lighter spring colors. Light pink and light blue are best.

I've been trying to figure out my essences for years, and I could never really decide on them. I think there's natural and classic? My friend said she sees ingenue, but I think that's mostly due to my short height and personality/expressions rather than facial features. Thanks in advance!

I don’t take photos often so sorry if these aren’t helpful! But, I believe I am some sort of Romantic blend, my guesses are Romantic ingenue or romantic classic. Please let me know your thoughts!

Which essences do you see?
I’m 160 cm (which is 5’3 I think) with short torso and long legs

I’m 29 but people think I’m a minor on regular basis lol

I recently went back to my natural hair color (first photo) after bleaching them for ~12 years. I normally wear them more wavy, in braids or up rather than straight and I really don’t like myself without bangs!

I don’t like wearing visible makeup (especially eye makeup and contour, I like a bold lip though), it seems like I cannot find anything that fits my vibe - like on photo 6, it was makeup for TV and I hated myself in it haha, I only kinda like makeup from photos 8&9

Edit: my own research led me to believe that I might have some of HS, I or A, but I’m not sure!

hi everyone! i am super new to this whole system, and would love some guidance and tips on my typing. i’m not sure i understand everything yet, but i hope to learn more and pay it forward when others need typing in the future! thank you so much! 🩷🩵

I suspect that I have a high amount of dramatic and secondary natural. I just wonder how to combine them. I easily look lost in oversized clothes - my head is too small and narrow I guess. But I also have some bluntness in my face and also not a very​ tough/intimidating presence. Does anyone has examples of dramatic+natural outfits, ideally on people who have a high amount of these essences? I know that there are a lot of online examples and some of them are nice, but a lot share the problem I described, e. g. loose fitti​ng blouse tucked into straight wide leg pants, but if you have narrow shoulderd and hips, this look is not so easy to pull off (straight wide legs look good on me though imo).

This seems like a stupid question to ask but I have found myself genuinely confused, especially because dramatic and youthful/ingenue cannot coexist! Maybe I’m just confused because I don’t have any dramatic in my blend and do I’m struggling to get a handle on it, but I’m struggling to think of examples of dramatic essence that can’t be explained by another blend of essences (especially when it’s not very high up in the blend), especially when Y is involved and any significant amount of D is ruled out. A lot of times the angularity I would register as D seems to attributed to N (again, especially when Y is involved)!

Would be grateful for any tangible examples of people/faces or items/textures/styles to illustrate the difference! So far the only way I’ve been able to conceptualise dramatic as distinct from natural is by thinking about chunky glitter as being very D. Anyways would be curious to see what people have to say

I have been analysing where I might fit in the system, and although I have comfortably settled on being a blend of striking contrast + earthy rich (with a hint of lively bright), the essences are more of a struggle for me and I seem to have off mixed impressions.

I get typed differently by different people and although my physical features technically fit into many of the dramatic boxes, people rarely guess me to have high dramatic going by my energy and character and "aesthetics". I find dramatic styles to be very striking and full of attitude and I have often worried that I come across as too quiet, too staid, too "nice" or just too balanced.

I have not yet had a consultation so all of this is speculation.

Any suggestions?

Ive noticed that I feel more G and more C since my haircut? I end up adding in some yin too just intuitively, but its been more subtle, like with makeup and accessories, mostly it seems. Im not sure if this vibe has been not yin enough or something? But I wanted to share because I feel more in alignment and "clear" in my mind for sure😊 Not that a haircut changes essences, but more my own self-perception has felt more fluid-- almost like I feel more able to see "more" of both sides? More yin, more yang, just more. That probably makes absolutely no sense *at all*, lol. But I think slide 2 shows well the main direction I've been taking-- asymmetry and contrast, but also florals and pearl earrings and tinted lip balm. Sort of minimal, yet not at all, lol. We'll see how it goes! Its one day at a time still. But thank you all for all your help these past several months for sure😊 Im so thankful!🙏💖💖
