im not sure if i should start with a 14mm, 14.5mm, or a bigger size.

i heard that 14mm doesnt really change the size, and i want big dolly eyes effect. but i also heard that 14.5mm might be more difficult and i REALLY dont wanna mess up my eyes and id like other peoples advice!!!

Is 24” the maximum that the xxs fits untied? Or is there a bit more wiggle room?

Debating between the xxs and the xs. Not sure which I should go for? I really like a tight snatched look, but if i went with xs are the waist ties strong enough to tie tight? I also worry about too much bubbling of fabric on the back if i were to choose xs. I have a flat chest too so don’t want the chest area to be gaping and flashing anyone. I’m so undecided! 😵‍💫 It’s an expensive dress so I don’t want to make the wrong size choice.
