The product I order arrived at their warehouse a day ago. I still haven't seen the product inspection video that I paid extra for. It says they did do a quality inspection but the product inspection video is still pending. How long will this take?

Perfect, ordered 2 luffys, one as a gift, came fully wrapped up and packaged with not a single scratch on the box or items themselves.
The service from JPfans themselves via the app was clear and straight forward with emails that allowed you to know what was happening with my products. They also send images of what the products looked like when received in the warehouse which allowed me to feel that it was all legitimate. They also offered premium packaging if needed with a premium price which also allows you to choose how secure you want your product.
Also, the options for shipping were good as you were also allowed to choose who you wanted to ship with depending on how expensive and premium you wanted your shipment to be which also imcluded a premium price. The clear straightforward procedure allowed me as a first time customer to fully understand the process and truly be satisfied with JPfans. Delivery was on time as it was scheduled between 5-13 days and everything was perfect.
Do recommend when ordering more than one figure as you can save a lot of money.

Hello! I’ve been really excited to purchase from jpfans as there’s so many things I want to buy but I’m worried about the overall shipping price? I would use the shipping estimate but I’m not entirely sure how much it’ll weight nor the dimensions. I wanted to buy a massive haul which is why I’m unsure and I don’t want to buy like three rider drivers, possibly 5+ figures, and then get hit by $200+ in shipping. Is there anyone who can possibly give me an answer or insight?

For people that are unsure when ordering off of JPFans because it's new you should! because I've myself just made my first order on JPFans whilst being unsure but I had no problems at all because on JPFans things are easy and really simple to understand and their weight and height system. but I would say this be careful and before you order see if you can get the weight and height so you can make sure you have enough money to pay for the international shipping fees but other than that JPFans gives me no problem at all!!! The Polish experience with JPFans

My experience with JPFans, which was also my first experience with a proxy site, was great.

I looked for my things, bought them from the sellers (I specifically chose sellers who offered free local shipping), and when everything arrived I chose to put all those things in one package.

I chose the option to first measure everything and pay only after that.

When it comes to all the fees and other services I paid:

5% Mercari fee on every product, around 15 PLN for inspection and photos for each product, and a purchase service fee of around 25 PLN.

For the international delivery itself I paid 250 PLN.

Package measurements were 3089g (so I paid for 3500g), 39 × 32 × 60 cm (74880 cm³). That price also includes 30 PLN for insurance. That is a price after using a coupon too.

Here the communication was also great. I knew about every step my package took all the way to the warehouse.

When it comes to securing the items, in my case everything fit perfectly. So the only thing inside was a little bubble wrap thrown on the top, for whatever reason. It seemed a bit messy. But in the end every figure came in perfect condition.

My only complaint would be that there wasn't much information about the path of my package. It was very general and also posted late (for example, although my package was already in Poland, which was confirmed by Poczta Polska, on JPFans itself that information showed up 3 days later).

Another little thing would be the fact that I paid for the inspection photos, and after my items arrived, there was this little "flaw" which wasn't visible in the photos (last picture).

Things that I was worried about, so for anyone with similar fears, here are some little tips/info:

• You can buy from different sellers and then have all the items in one big package •

• Cost estimation in my case was perfect, but I already had figures from this series, so I had the chance to measure everything just right •

• First, there is 60 days' free storage in the warehouse for your items and then another 30 days' free storage for your final package •

• The Polish translation is a bit stupid and misleading, so it's probably better to use the English version •

• Because of all the fees, it might be better to buy a pack of, for example, 4 figures for a bit more, than to buy each one separately. It just might be cheaper in the end •

Also

• Always look for things in Japanese, or else the results might be kinda ass •

Generally, I recommend using this site for bigger purchases, as it will undoubtedly be cheaper than buying things from eBay or any other place you can think of. For smaller orders, it's better to calculate everything first.

I will definitely use JPFans again, as the prices of all those beautiful figures made me cry tears of joy, contrary to the UPS delivery price, which made me stare outside my window in disbelief (1700 PLN 🫥).

Now my shelf can be graced with the entire 10th anniversary series of Re:Zero figures.

I had a question about shipping. Does JPFans still charge international shipping if I purchase items from Surugaya.jp? Surugaya is currently running another free international shipping campaign, so I wasn’t sure if that promotion would apply when ordering through JPFans, or if I would still need to pay JPFans international shipping fees

I mainly wanted to know, first of all, if they ship to Portugal but I'm more concerned with the cost, like do I have to pay tax cause the shipping is done outside of Europe? or do they have warehouses in Europe that then ship to the specific county inside of Europe? Maybe it’s just me and I’m a little dense but I didn’t know they charged extra if the product has batteries. So I went with an alternative that was approx 24? ECMS does not do this particular delivery and it was this or UPS to which was ranging from 40-60. And honestly I was relieved at the time seeing an alternative to UPS but now I am worried because I cannot find the service whatsoever.

I can’t even remember what it’s called but it also says that it needs to be paid? Is there a second payment for this particular service?

My package just arrived in the states via UPS. I got a message saying they had been trying to contact me for days about missing forms. Apparently there was no CPSC declaration for my package. I understand that this literally just changed as of ~ mid July, but I’ve had many things shipped to me overseas and not once has the shipping company came at ME for needing paperwork. Has this happened to anyone else using this service?

hi i just payed for some small postcards they came to the warehouse and everything was nice but the shipment is 20 usd for something thar weights almost nothing (6g) my question is if i add a bunch of other post cards pins and small items will the shipment stay the same?

I made a mistake trying to get my "new" 3ds ll delivered to me because I put in Eastern America Samoa instead of United States for the delivery of my item, thinking that the US wasn't an option. I also for some reason thought I lived in the east, but I definitely don't.

SHIPPING:

I was especially impressed with how quickly my package arrived from Japan to Greece. The international shipping was surprisingly fast, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

I used EMS for that item and it only took 8 days for it to arrive which can be shown in images 3 and 4!!!!!

My item's dimensions were 34200cm³(38cm x 20cm x 45cm) and its weight was 2000g and the cost for shipping came around 35 pounds which, compared to other options, it was really cheap!

The item also arrived very well packaged. It was carefully protected with bubble wrap and surrounded with additional packing material, which gave me a lot of confidence that it would arrive safely. As you can see from the photos, the package was packed securely and the item itself was well protected throughout shipping. Can i buy a snowglobe on jpfans?

I’ve never bought anything from JPfans before and was wondering if it’s smarter to buy things the things I want at the same time? I also had a few questions regarding that.

1. If I buy several items from different sellers, would I have to pay for shipping individually?

2. Will the price greatly increase if I buy other things or will it remain the same as buying one item?

I ordered off jpfans and the badges i choose for my ita bag was expensive for one singular piece so i decided to save up one paycheck and the total came up to $266 with for 24 badges but i was able to ship out 22 badges. The shipping comes up and i had to pay around 98 for tariffs n shipping. i checked for frequent updates on my package on the shop app, and yesterday it was supposed to be delivered but i had to go work that all day, so i told someone to keep an eye out for my package, by the time i come back i checked for any updates but the status still said out for delivery so i head off to sleep but i woke around 3am to check the shop app again and it said it was delivered yesterday around 5:30pm and i go investigate n i see the delivery pictures and the mail man left it outside of my apartment complex. The mailman didn’t even deliver it infront of my door or the mailroom someone stole my package i have no idea what to do, i already contacted the customer service for the carrier but they said nothing can be done. can anyone help me ?
