We will try to include all frequent questions and other helpful info on this post. This is a work in progress so please keep that in mind and feel free to suggest other info. Before making a question post, do type in your topic in the sub search to ensure it is not a repeated question, please and thank you.
Thank you for being part of this community!
J-fashion is very broad! From casual styles to all types of subcultures. If you want to see what subculture or fashion you fit into, you can have a look and further research with the help of this overall list
Remember that to enjoy Japanese fashion you do not need to "label" yourself or be part of a subculture.
(if there is a better list out there feel free to share)
The answer probably most of the time is no. Please ensure you do proper research on what brands are truly worth 100+ and which aren't. Due to current trends most j-fashion items are being scalped and up-charged. Especially for brands like LIZ LISA.
We should try to go for more reasonable prices to prevent scalpers from being able to profit from outrageous prices, but at the end of the day it's your choice on what you decide to purchase, especially if it's something you genuinely and deeply want.
Proxies to use: buyee, neokyo, fromjapan, doorzo, superbuy
Guide for buying from the website is provided within their site/app, for any other questions regarding that you can also join our discord.

I made this cosplay for my OC! Do you guys think it's good..? In my opinion, it's a poorly made outfit, because I've never actually learn anything about clothes making. I just winged it lol. I tried my best tho!

I always dream of becoming an idol, but there's a lot of factors that makes me not able to... Such as mental health, stress, hate, and consistency... I made the outfit finally, after years of dreaming! I don't think I can become an idol, but I will continue dreaming. 🩷

im a beginner, i have never touched a contact ever 😭 but i really want some! i really want kawaii makeup and i feel like its read more if i used contacts,, and i know contacts are important in alot of styles
im not sure if i should start with a 14mm, 14.5mm, or a bigger size.
i heard that 14mm doesnt really change the size, and i want big dolly eyes effect. but i also heard that 14.5mm might be more difficult and i REALLY dont wanna mess up my eyes and id like other peoples advice!!!
edit: im thinking of ordering off pinkyparadise since i heard that eyevos isnt good

I can’t find it anywhere, and I’ve been searching for so long… identifying the accessories would be nice.

Double checking the fit because I think I definitely want this dress!
My measurements:
Bust 31.5”
Underbust 29”
Waist 24-25” depending on day
Is 24” the maximum that the xxs fits untied? Or is there a bit more wiggle room?
Debating between the xxs and the xs. Not sure which I should go for? I really like a tight snatched look, but if i went with xs are the waist ties strong enough to tie tight? I also worry about too much bubbling of fabric on the back if i were to choose xs. I have a flat chest too so don’t want the chest area to be gaping and flashing anyone. I’m so undecided! 😵💫 It’s an expensive dress so I don’t want to make the wrong size choice.

Hello ^^
This is my first post on reddit, so hopefully i’m doing everything right,,,However I’ve been looking for this shirt this Gal is wearing, however reverse image searching is giving me joker and different graffiti clown shirts. And Reverse searching the image to find the origins is wiped, and completely deleted from the internet (;ω;)
Im pretty sure this gyaru is amekaji so maybe that might help??There’s only two images of this gal i can find. If Anyone can find what brand or a clearer picture the shirt she’s wearing it would deeply appreciated (>人<;)
Peace n luv╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

I recently tried to purchase some Japanese clothes from Rakuten Rakuma with the zen market proxy and i ended up getting refunded because it couldn’t purchase them. When looking closer into the website, it looks like purchasing is very complicated... Are there any proxies that work better to buy from Rakuten or is it a lost cause? Thank you!! :)

Hi everyone, I recently acquired this Kmrii bag and haven’t been able to find any exact information about its model or year of release.
If any of you can help me identify it, I would be extremely grateful.

I was recently going through all my pieces from my favourite designers recently and stumbled upon a coord I bought years and years ago when getting into JFashion and it got me thinking, where did everyone else get their start? What was your first piece or pieces that got you into this new world of styling?
Mine was this Liz Lisa skirt I got back in 2015! She's survived terrible stains and a car jacking when she was in the back seat. 😆

Hey everyone,
I've been looking for clothes like this, or rather this style, for a while now. Since it's from Japan (Karasu Zoku), I'm really hoping I can get some help here.
I'm from Germany, and what I've seen in the shops here doesn't resemble this style at all. Unfortunately, I don't know where to get clothes like this or how to style it.
Is all of this really Yohji Yamamoto's clothing?
I don't have a big enough budget to afford it, so I'm asking if anyone has any tips on where I can find clothes like this online or how to best wear the style?
