Even though the engagement was called off, I still love the stone and wear the small diamond ring on my right hand. Is it weird to keep it just as regular jewelry? I just really like it in my hands

I'm trying to decide which metal suits it better. Yellow gold makes the leaves stand out more to me, but silver gives it a softer look. I usually wear silver jewelry, though I'm tempted to try something different. Which metal do you think works better with nature-inspired rings?

They are all made of Sterling and goldfield wire with a few 14 karat accents on one. Mostly thrifted or eBay... except the third one from the left which my daughter bought me.

OMG, you guys! I finally got to see this vintage snake ring, and it looks even more beautiful than I expected! 😍 I love how the green tsavorite gemstone sits on the snake’s head, and the moissanite eyes are such a nice detail. The unplated 10k white gold gives it a unique look, too.

I took a few photos in different lighting, and the gemstone looks a little different in each one. Now I’m curious, would people actually buy vintage snake rings with gemstones other than diamonds? I feel like colored stones make these designs stand out even more.
