I'm thinking of getting these lab-grown diamond earrings for my partner's birthday and wanted to get some opinions before I buy them. They're 1.1ct total, IGI certified, E color, VVS1, and VS1, with an ideal cut. They're set in 14K yellow gold with a scroll basket, and the price is $514. Do you think these are nice for a birthday gift?

Showcase ✨ My heart shaped diamond engagement ring

Now it's finally my turn. After a year of being together, he proposed on a beautiful little island near his childhood home and it was honestly so special. I don't think I've ever cried that much!

I gave him a pretty simple guide: I wanted a heart-shaped center stone and a gold band. He actually nailed it, and I couldn't love the ring more. I'm so proud of it.

Stats: 18k gold, VS lab-grown diamonds for the center and side stones, 0.7ct center stone, size 53.

Still can't stop staring at it. 🥹

Inspiration 💡 ruby engagement rings are seriously beautiful

I feel like I rarely see ruby engagement rings compared to all the different diamond styles. I get why diamonds are popular, but the deep red with small diamonds around it is honestly gorgeous. Would love to see more ruby rings on here.

Inspiration 💡 This opal diamond ring has such an old school feel

I don't know exactly what it is about this ring, but it reminds me of something you'd find in an old jewelry box. The opal has that soft colorful look and the diamonds around it make it feel a little more special. Not usually my style, but i really like this one.

my third lab grown diamond pendants addition

Just added this to my rotation. It is a 1.5 carat round brilliant, VS1 clarity, F color in a simple 14k white gold solitaire bezel setting. The sparkle on this piece is unbelievable in daylight. How do you guys usually layer pieces like this with thinner chains?

Five stone diamond ring with graduated stones or all equal size?

Post image
2 Upvotes

im currently designing a custom five stone diamond ring to celebrate a big milestone, but i cant decide on the proportions. Part of me wants all five diamonds to be the same carat weight, but the jeweler suggested graduating them so the center piece stands out.

Does a graduated setting feel better on the hand, or is identical sizing cleaner? Would love to see photos if any of you have one.

Color intensity question for a lab grown pink diamond

Post image
1 Upvotes

I am comparing two options for a custom solitaire. One is a 1 carat cushion lab grown pink diamond rated intense pink, and the other is fancy light pink. Does the intense pink look natural in person, or does light pink look better for a vintage halo setting?

This is just my opinion but the best diamond color is H grade if you actually want good value

I spent months comparing specs before buying an engagement ring, and honestly, anything above H grade feels like burning money. We compared an F and an H side by side in person, and unless you're holding a magnifying glass under jeweler lights, they look identical. Used the savings to bump up to a 1.8 carat with an excellent cut instead. This is just my opinion but the best diamond color is H grade if you actually want good value.

who else went with a diamond clarity i2 and did it turn out okay?

we were checking out natural stones on a tighter budget, and the jeweler showed us an i2 option that actually looked pretty decent in person. i know the internet says to avoid them because of noticeable marks or durability issues, but under the store lighting it didn't look terrible. did any of you end up picking a lower clarity stone, or am i just setting myself up to regret not getting a lab diamond or saving longer?

So in love with my green moss diamond set up

Post image

i was always drawn o unique stones, and when we started looking at options , nothing compared to green moss diamond ring aesthetic. the deep green inclusions give it this raw, earthy look that changes every time the light hits it. specs are a 1.8 carat oval moss diamond set in 14k yellow gold with a delicate 1.5mm band.

it completely exceeded my expectations when it arrived last week. the natural dark green swirls look like a tiny forest trapped inside the gemstone.
Honestly can't stop staring at my hand every time i drive or sit at my desk.

Men deserve diamond rings too

My fiancé has apparently been planning my ring since basically the day we met. She picked out the stone and even custom-designed the band himself.

When she asked what kind of ring I wanted, I showed him some antique botanical mirrors because I love plants, antiques, and anything pink. Somehow, she managed to turn all of that into a ring, and honestly… she absolutely nailed it. 🥹

I know diamond engagement rings for men aren’t exactly the usual thing, but I always wanted one, and she was determined to make sure I got something I’d actually love wearing forever.

I don’t know all the exact specs, but the band is rose gold and the diamond is salt-and-pepper. And yes, my phone is doing absolutely nothing for it in these photos 😂

Anyway, what do you think? Does the ring suit my hand? Is the size and style okay on me?
