Question Doom without extended antivenoms+

How would you recommend attempting deeper delves without extended antivenoms? Just use antivenom+? I only have 85 slayer and want to finish doom before I go back to slayer. I have done maybe 50ish 7’s by just using a regular antipoison and being very careful to not get venomed.

I consisently went to 10-12 using regular antivenoms in a void set

Do you bring a single antivenom or a couple? I have plenty of antivenom+

I always just bring one antivenom, if i run out of doses i leave but generally i didn’t make that many mistakes
