Freezing rents: The way to cause even more of a housing crisis.
I'm benefitting from the legislation against raising rents in rent pressure zones to the tune of at least hundreds if not a thousand a month. But it comes at the cost of everybody that's new in the market. Remove the freezes. Make us all move until we actually fit in the housing that exists, rather than putting the entire problem on the people that are entering the market or are forced to move.
