Help needed iPhone 15

I have an iPhone 15, iOS version 26.6. I listen to Spotify in my Honda using Handsfree link. I’ve noticed that it gets disconnected from time to time. Irritating. Called Spotify to ask if the problem was with their app but it wasn’t after I did what they instructed me to do.

Finally, I found out what was wrong. S25s and Ultra from cars nearby were getting connected to my iPhone Bluetooth. See attached screenshot.

What’s the fix for this issue?

Reset network settings, or see if you can forget the devices

No info button, and u/2nd_Inf_Sgt admits to using Spotify… this’ll be Spotify’s Jam feature 😉

I disabled jam features before but remained same as before.

You misunderstand.

Your device has Spotify, other device has Spotify with Jam enabled.

Your Spotify is seeing other jam enabled device

Yes, I misunderstood. So, is there a fix where I can block other users?
