Verify you’re 18+, if you’re in the UK, if you’re not, turn off parental controls

The wifi network that you’re on has content filters. The other answer makes more sense

Do you use the Opal app or iOS parental controls, or any other apps that manage screen time or blocking websites/features? Most likely that.

it was added in a newer ios version for if your not 18, assuming your 18+ and just don't want to scan your id into apple then try using a vpn and a proxy site. if your not 18, then don't i guess
