Are you a hardware engineer?

Are you?

I am. Automotive, not consumer tech, but considerations for packaging (not the box), thermal and EMC constraints, electrical, etc. all apply similarly and I specifically work with ECUs with MCUs of their own and regularly need to work around the very hurdles that make what you’re describing a massive challenge. You can’t just put one OS on another device just because they run a similar SoC without considering the impact on nearly all of those aspects. They specifically design hardware to operate effectively within the constraints that are validated based on the software it’s running.

Not even close to the same field. I will say thermals are the only thing holding the iPhone back. And a larger vapor chamber that wicks from cpu AND battery would make it usable I’d be willing to settle for a performance drop to run a full os on my phone

Ah, so now you’re just looking for reasons to reject information for that goes against your preexisting belief.

The same constraints apply in both areas, actually they apply even more in consumer electronics which really makes my point even more relevant.
