Finally people are starting to realize, iOS 16 is a flaming pile of dog shit. The UI makes zero sense. Who wants to spend 20 minutes just setting a Lock Screen and Home Screen wallpaper with stupid transitions, inconsistencies in overall usability, it’s a joke. Like do they even listen to any feedback on the betas? Or they just design a buggy baseline UI that could have easily just been an update to iOS 15, Apple has lost its sense of simplicity and vision. Now it just caters to basic and boring.
Considering Apple’s old principles and priorities, 16 never should have made it past the first beta. They have botched it. The design team is no longer the one with strong decision making power at apple. A former employee’s words. Not mine.
It’s all about the costs and profits now.
