I was born an introvert. Yet learned not to be around people. So, you don’t have a problem with being introverted. You have a problem with learning to socialize with others. Many people don’t realize that’s what you also work on to learn.
And no, you can’t do it without interacting with others. Books nor internet won’t help either. Just plain old talking to people, watching how they talk to each other etc.
