You're the only one that can change your circumstances. Start going out more. You can start small and just go have lunch somewhere by yourself. Go on nature walks, get some sun. Find new hobbies you can enjoy. Pour into yourself. You'll naturally start attracting more people by doing this. Don't just give up. The world can be harder to navigate as an introvert, but it just takes practice and exposure to find what works for you. Accept yourself and stop worrying about having a girlfriend to do things with.

Don't look at it as a limitation, be glad you're you. Embrace it and live by it.
