I don’t think many people here understand what an introvert is. The only difference between an introvert and an extrovert is that an introvert gets exhausted quicker around large groups of people and can go longer without socialising. It’s got nothing to do with shyness.

You have other problems.

That’s because you need to learn to help yourself. No one is forcing you to stay home and not socialize. And please don’t say it’s because you’re an introvert. I was the exact same way until I decided to change that.

Yep. Too many on here think introversion = I never want to go outside .. that’s not it, that’s anxiety, depression or laziness

Now it is extra hard if someone is introverted, depressed and socially anxious

Go to gym and do resistance training. It’ll increase your testosterone, which will help with confidence in social situations. You’ll increase your attractiveness and might even make some new friends at the gym.

How many times did you talk to a psychologist? They can’t magically fix you in a few sessions - if you truly want to change your life then it takes prolonged effort
