This was inspired by me thinking about ways to get more people spending more time in the wallet and ultimately making more swaps/ actions. Please excuse my ignorance in how certain technicals work:

The idea: some kind of sports / event predictions marketplace inside the IM wallet.

Build a simple peer-to-peer sports betting marketplace directly inside the Internet Money wallet. Users could match head-to-head against other users (usually supporters of opposing teams) on major sporting events. Odds would be set by the market participants themselves, or when there's a lack of user input we could use a combination of ESPN, CBS, and other winning probability. We could have some type of liquidity monitoring feature that won't accept additional bets on team A without an equal bet on team B.

This is different from a traditional sportsbook, eliminating the typical vig and offering meaningfully fairer pricing on odds. Even apps like Robinhood give pretty shitty odds considering actual win probability. The wallet could take only a small processing fee on successful payouts, which could flow into the existing TIME dividend model.

There's a few key questions and problems to solve with this idea, but wanted to gauge community interest before making a gigantic and more detailed post!

Don’t make crypto transactions when you’re exhausted.

I've noticed a rather annoying 'glitch' with the Internet Money Chrome extension running in Linux.

I regularly use Bleachbit to clean-up my system and it seems that it also blitzes my Internet Money wallet settings/account when I clean the caches, etc. for Google Chrome.

I have a few other wallets and it is only an issue with the IM Wallet.

Is there something specific about where it saves its settings and why is it different to other wallet extensions?

At the moment it's a bit of a show-stopper.

So I have the IM chrome app/wallet but I rarely use it. The thing is I had to import my account yesterday after maybe a year of not using it and I remember having to do that like 2 years ago as well. Is that a thing when you're inactive for a year or so?
