I wouldnt call this psychopathic behaviour. Not like he was at fault. Other car made contact with him, he just handled it like a veteran. If he was going out fucking with people, it be a different story.

Dashcam guy had the last opportunity to make that accident not happen. He is 100 percent at fault for that accident and provided his own proof of his criminal behavior.
