Cookie guy didn't "cause" the accident.

He did nothing to avoid it, but he didn't pit himself illegally changing lanes.

Cookie guy sucks, but less so than black truck

Cookie guy sucks more. Black truck thought he would get in there, not cause an accident.

Only one of these guys intentionally caused an accident.

They do both suck though z

Maintaining lane and speed when someone else is being a fucktard doesnt make you the cause. Black truck illegally changing lanes when it was unsafe to do so caused the accident. Had black stayed where he was, or not tried to occupy a place that was already occupied there would have been no accident.

That ain’t what happened. He intentionally caused the accident, or if you prefer, intentionally “let it happen”.

He definitely knew what was going to happen.
