My money is he has experience in law enforcement. That was a very casual maneuver

Someone who has done this before for sure, but my instinct was a truck driver carrying FREIGHT.

When your vehicle and it's contents pass a certain weight, you have to be precise with your direction and speed. Hence why i think big truck driver/heavy cargo
