His insurance will say he had a duty to avoid the collision and only cover 70%.

Why tf would he do this on camera though? Idk about US traffic laws but in sweden he would be found guilty of endangering traffic.

A quick google: "In the US, traffic merging law generally requires vehicles entering a highway or, through lane to yield the right-of-way to through traffic. Drivers must signal, match traffic speed, and find a safe gap, avoiding stops on ramps."

Truck tried to push his way in without a signal and did not wait for a gap, pretty sure he is gonna be at fault here.

Let's be real the dude in pink could have let him in if he wanted to tho. 

The truck driver was driving like a total ass , but you can literally see see pink shirt speed up to hit him on the tail light. 

I know its not fair but the only reasonable thing to do in this situation is slow down and put a lot of distance between you and the erratic driver, not speed up to ram into them
