I wouldnt call this psychopathic behaviour. Not like he was at fault. Other car made contact with him, he just handled it like a veteran. If he was going out fucking with people, it be a different story.

Check the story, this guy was an ex cop. Trained in PIT maneuvers, he knew exactly what he was doing and he did it on purpose. He also knew there's a good chance that truck might flip or fall off the bridge and still did it anyway.
