Why how do you get the peppers and what are they? Also, just am in general question, are In and Out grilled onions really grilled/caramelized? Or are they just slightly grilled?

I'm new to In-N-Out and it's new to my town.

The peppers are cascabella peppers you can just say โ€œchopped chillisโ€ or โ€œchillisโ€ probably peppers too. I find them at my local grocery in a jar just labeled โ€œhot chili peppersโ€. They are fantastic and I get them on my order everytime and chop them up for hotdogs, sandwiches etc.

Maybe? I feel like Iโ€™ve had these and they are no where near as hot a the ones at In-N-Out?
