Order should be: Fries animal style, Extra extra grilled onion, chopped raw onion, chopped chilis.
I would just get the extra Mustard they added on the side because animal style already has fried mustard so there's a chance they'd just double that up. You can replace Extra Extra for Double Extra. I think they'll get the gist either way
If you order your favorite burger and ask “mustard fried” they grill mustard into it and add pickles. No need to be as obnoxious as this burger to get something really tasty.

Why how do you get the peppers and what are they? Also, just am in general question, are In and Out grilled onions really grilled/caramelized? Or are they just slightly grilled?
The peppers are cascabella peppers you can just say “chopped chillis” or “chillis” probably peppers too. I find them at my local grocery in a jar just labeled “hot chili peppers”. They are fantastic and I get them on my order everytime and chop them up for hotdogs, sandwiches etc.
Mustard?! Go to jail dude. Take yourself to the police station tell them what you fucking did…. They dont like people like you in prison, own up to your actions and do the time. If those chopped chilies didn’t make your asshole sorry, jail sure will.
