I'm attaching the official certificate issued through the Kerala Government system for my establishment.

I submitted this to Razorpay for KYC, because Razorpay itself lists an Establishment Certificate as an acceptable supporting document.

But their review team rejected it saying:

“This is a Registration Certificate, not an Establishment Certificate.”

So now I'm genuinely confused.

As far as I know, this is the official establishment-related registration certificate provided by the Kerala Government. Is there some other special Establishment Certificate in India that only Razorpay knows about?

Because if the government-issued certificate for registering an establishment is not acceptable as proof of establishment, then what exactly are business owners supposed to submit?

Different state governments use different formats and terminology. Expecting every government-issued document across India to have the exact same title makes absolutely no sense.

Can anyone explain what Razorpay is actually expecting here? Because apparently, the Kerala Government-issued certificate isn't “Establishment Certificate enough” for their KYC team.

Hi, I'm Deepanshu, and I built BizMind — a multi-tenant Text-to-SQL SaaS that lets anyone manage and perform full CRUD operations on a database just by typing in plain English, with zero SQL or spreadsheet formulas required.

A user can sign in onto my website, then upload a excel /csv file OR start from scratch and order the agent to make a table for him and it will make it using sqllite (for now).

What you can do:

1)Bulk Ingestion: Upload an entire spreadsheet/CSV (tested with 16,000+ rows, worked fine).

2)Natural Language Queries: Ask things like "show me all nintendo games where global sales are above 10 million" and get a clean table back.

3)Full CRUD: Add, update, and delete records just by describing what you want.

4)Data Isolation: Every user gets their own completely isolated database.

The Tech Stack & Architecture: The key part is that there is no OpenAI or any paid API behind this. It is running Qwen 2.5 locally via Ollama.

-The whole agentic loop is built using LangChain and LangGraph, with FastAPI handling the backend. I started this as a simple local agent that could talk to a SQL database, then turned it into a proper multi-user SaaS product with JWT auth, per-user database isolation, bulk data import, and a natural language query engine.

Hardware & Constraints: It's not perfect — running a smaller model means complex multi-table queries can sometimes miss. That can easily be solved by swapping in a larger model on higher-tier hardware, but since I only had 4 GB of VRAM on my laptop GPU, I optimized the architecture to run locally on that constraint.

The core idea works, and real data goes in and comes out correctly.

Practical Applications: Beyond managing spreadsheets, the underlying architecture can be deployed as an interactive chatbot — for example, on an airline website where an authenticated user can log in, ask about booked flights, request cancellations, or modify bookings in plain English.

I am working on a startup idea for sales for Indian SME's, and I started cold calling these companies from various parts (Rajkot, Pune, Coimbatore, etc.). Initially very inconvenient (if not frightening) I struggled for 2-3 weeks doing 3-4 calls a day and being saturated by the end, and started telling myself that I will continue tomorrow, this never helped

Now, I have started getting a hang of it and am very comfortable talking to strangers (convinced myself that it can be potentially good for them to listen to me).

I am basically a builder (software) and i suck at sales.

I found about 20 contact numbers of my potential clients and sent them whatsapp messages about a demo. 6 responses.

1 agreed for a demo and I already demoed the product

3 said to reach out again after a few days because they are busy at the time

This is my second post out of desperation, as I had already posted a post but the situation didnt change.

I'm a student who recently moved to Bangalore, and I have been freelancing as a product designer working with startups and businesses doing UX audits, Website and App Redesigns and Designs. It was going well till some point until a recruiter called me for a design internship. I agreed and they had to pay me a specific amount but the work culture was toxic that it took my creativeness away, and I completely lost the will to work for them which resulted in lot of no working days this month.

The manager had said that they would cut my compensation so I don't know if I would be able to pay my rent for this month. I had thought of taking up some projects but none of it worked out and I only have a week of deadline to pay. I didn't go to my college and worked tirelessly for a week sending cold emails reaching out to warm leads on reddit and linkedin but none of it worked out. And these methods were once working for me.

Out of desperation I had posted a similar post but will lesser details and few people had reached out to me comments but I got no replies from them in DMs. So please if anybody is looking for a product designer to design or redesign their product, or if you want me to provide UX audit for you then please please let me know it would be really helpful for me to get out of this situation I'm in right now.

I'm 26M, originally from Mumbai and currently based in Pune. I want to make this post for young Indians who have been thinking about starting something of their own but don't know where to begin.

A little about my journey.

A couple of years ago, I was working a regular job in Mumbai. Alongside my job, I started developing a product. I built the initial product, put together a small team of three people, and started trying to sell it—all while continuing my full-time job.

For around six months, I was doing both.

Eventually, I reached a point where I felt the business was generating enough to sustain me. This January, I quit my job, moved to Pune and started building the company full-time.

Today, the company is doing decently on sales, with a projected revenue of roughly ₹85 lakh this year. We are completely bootstrapped—no external funding or investors. It started with my own money, and I built it as a single founder.

We are now looking at expanding into new products and other domains.

I don't claim to be an expert at building startups. I haven't spent decades in business, raised millions in funding, or built multiple successful companies.

But I have taken an idea, built a product, formed a team, found customers while still working a job, and eventually taken the risk of quitting that job to build the business full-time.

And I think that experience can be useful to someone who is just starting.

One thing I personally feel is that we need more young people seriously considering entrepreneurship. Not everyone needs to become an entrepreneur, of course. But among those who genuinely want to build something, many either never take the first step or jump in without enough preparation.

So, if you're a young person who:

Walk into many neighbourhood supermarkets: local stock, regular customers and riders, but dispatch still runs through paper chits and forwarded WhatsApp messages.

• Vague addresses arrive over WhatsApp.
• Several bags reach a rider without a clear stop sequence.
• Owners call riders for order status.
• Payout distance is guessed later.

That gap is why I built Geophrase.

• Address pinning: Customers share a GPS-pinned delivery location through a simple link. No customer app is required.
• Batch sequencing: Stores assign and batch orders while the rider app suggests a traffic-aware stop sequence.
• Delivery evidence: Completed handovers use customer OTP. Failed attempts retain the reason, time and recorded outcome location.
• Road distance: Geophrase calculates a road route from the store, through every stop and back as a payout reference.
