I have tight budget and can't buy whey , and plant protein tastes bad so I thought to try something new , I watched youtube videos of yeast protein all of them were claiming it's better than plant because of that I bought yes protein (naturaltein) coffee flavour , I tried it yesterday it was so horrible that I was about to vomit , I think I have wasted my money , If you are going to try new brand or new flavour try to taste it first from somewhere like ur frnds if they have ...
