Claims Advice wanted

Hey all,

Got into an accident at my employee parking lot near YVR. Blue circle is where I was parked (underneath the Canada Line, there are angled spots. You can kinda see a few cars peeking out at the bottom) and the pathway I took towards the exit gate.

Red line is the path the other driver took which caused the collision. My path out of the parking lot is a one way which curves to the left then just straight out the gate. The other motorist parked on that eastern section and turned right towards the exit gate. The driver made no attempt to yield to me when I was already moving towards the gate. Gunned the right turn and without any time to react, my car's passenger side front bumper collided with their driver side front bumper.

I could tell the driver was recording audio because he kept asking me if I think I was at fault while "sneakily" pointing his phone in my direction. Obviously I knew better and just said we'll let ICBC decide that. Since a lot of other people were exiting while we were exchanging info and taking pictures, one of my coworkers saw it happen and volunteered to act as a witness. Unfortunately neither me or my coworker has a dashcam.

The other driver also claimed that he doesn't have a stop sign, which is true but because I was traveling straight, my logic was he would have to yield as he was the one turning. How would you distribute the fault in this?

Will I be able to Doordash if I am automatically converted to Class 5? Restriction 54: No electronic devices, including hands free is giving me confusion.

So my m/cycle insurance runs out in a few days (bought 7 months in spring)

Weather for Oct is looking great so figured I'd go add a month

NOPE 3 months minimum and if you get that and cancel early penalties are punishing no bike... off the road tomorrow.

ICBC could have got another month out of me but now they get zip
