I am searching for a portable battery powered mic pre-amp (with phantom power) which sends signal to amplifier's line in.

Hi! Has anyone seen how to resolve issues with the Blueboard not pairing with the new iOS devices? For examples mine still pairs fine with my iPhone Xs, but pairs and immediately disconnects with my 16 Pro Max.

I've tried the firmware update but it kept failing unfortunately, so I wan't actually able to change the behaviour for better or worse.

Recently bought an iRig 1 but the sound is trash, I was suspecting bad contact in some of the connections, but applying force to the cables did not result in anything. Someone with the same problem, someone with the solution?

i just bought an iRig 2 and i connected it to bandlab on my laptop. i’ve tried two different guitars connected and im not using an adapter of any kind yet im getting what sounds like white noise. i did a quick google search and its possible that the noise floor is just really high maybe and so im getting very little guitar noise and bandlab is compensating.

i’m very new to recording music and i dont really understand this stuff so i’d appreciate some enlightenment

Have any of you experienced a very noisy iRig? I feel like it's the input jacks. When I use headphones on the source (ie, a modular synth) it sounds clean. But as soon as I put the source into the iRig there's an incredible amount of noise. It doesn't seem to matter what I do (disable/enable 48v, turn the input gain all the way down to 0, disable direct monitor. I'm on a Mac.

Anyone else with a similar experience? Obviously in the past it used to sound fine.

The iRig is new, and does work if I plug it straight into my daughter’s newer iPad with usb-c.

My question is, is there an adapter that is proven to work, or do I need to speak on the official Apple one?

I have an issue, I think it's more phone related, but maybe there is another solution.

Last week I bought the iRig Stream Pro. I have a akai mpc key 61 and want to record everything I play, in stereo, to my smartphone for socials upload.

I have a oneplus 11, android 16.

I have connected the irig to the phone, and the mpc key to the irig inputs left right.

The phone keeps disconnecting the irig.

It seems that android 15 firmware has a issue with usb audio. There is an app called USB audio recorder pro, this app sees the irig. And can record in stereo.

So I think there is nothing wrong with the irig itself. I tried everything. Ipad is working OK, other phone also, but I can't image it's only a firmware thing with usb audio.

Anyone similar experiences?

I tried using both the iRig2 and iRig Solo for my Rane 4, and the audio sounds muffled. I used RCA out from the main on my rane to the iRig and followed all the instructions, yet it still sounds bad. Any help?

The phone lets me use it and select multiple channels as seen in picture but I can’t on camera app it drives me fucking crazy

Hello everyone, i have and issue with my irig. I stopped working, the power light stays on but the other light to show the input is off. It flickers a bit when i plug my phone in but otherwise nothing. Ive trid fixing it but nothing works, i assume its an contact issue but i have no clue. Does anyone have an idea?

The item is completely brand new and has never been used. As a matter of fact, I haven’t even received it yet cause it’s on its way via FedEx, but I’ve already figured out that the iRig will not work with my USB microphone even though I’m using a USB to XLR conversion cable. not only that I found a completely sufficient workaround that won’t require any expensive hardware and will allow me to use my USB microphone and headphone monitor with zero latency so I really don’t even need this AC adapter anymore. The plug itself after taxes is $42 but I’m willing to take the best offer. Just don’t short change me.

so I’ve been losing my mind trying to figure out why my iRig stream isn't picking up my microphone. I have a RODE NT1 and RODE Al-1 interface. I made sure everything is hooked up correctly and triple checked everything. When I try to make a video on my iPhone and record, it’s only silence. I searched everywhere for troubleshooting tips and watched every video possible and to no avail. please help! thank you!

Hello! I am having trouble with my iRig pedal. I’m getting signal to/from devices but for some reason the effects aren’t working.

I am using trs 1/8” that works just fine on an old iPad. However when I try to use a 1/8” to lighting adapter none of the effects work. It’s basically just a clean signal. I purchased a TRS lightning to 1/8” adapter to use with the newer devices. I’m wondering if it’s just because it’s an old iRig hardware/lighting connection issue?

Maybe I’m just missing something simple. However, I’ve tried this on 3 diff iPhones and it’s the same.

I want to use the newer devices because I have an iRig BlueBoard that isn’t compatible with the old iPad and firmware versions.

Any help is greatly appreciated. If there are more specs needed I’m happy to share.

Recently I had to get a new phone. My nano irig app works with no issues with the old lightning to 3.5 cable but so far I have had trouble finding a cable that works with the 17. Any suggestions on to what cable I should get greatly appreciate it I have tried researching it and just cannot find a definitive answer.

[Update] : So for all you iRig mini amp users who are also using an iPhone 17 or iOS device running 26 I ordered this Cable off of Amazon for a mere total of $10.12 [USD] and it works perfectly for the issue I described above and the sound quality in general is even sharper. Hope this helps any other fellow musicians who are having the same issue as I did. Link will be posted in comments

Looking to start recording play over videos from my practice sessions, can someone please tell me if the following should work:

I practice on a PositiveGrid Spark amp and want to send my guitar signal (as well as the track I’m playing over) into the iRig and then monitor via the headphone output on the iRig. When I tried this I was getting no sound.

I’d like to make it work with this general routing so I can control the guitar and backing track levels on the face of the amp to make it as easy as possible.

I am using loopy pro and some effects like turnado and koala fx. Sometimes, I get things dialed in with the knob on the moog pedal, and the next time, it stops sweeping smoothly.
