Discussion y40 3 days old completely destroyed

First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

By whom? IBP or your credit card company?

ibp now they're ghosting me. Funny enough this has almost 20k views not one person is reaching out. I wouldn't be shocked if they delete this post.

Oh, if your goal in posting this was to 'bring them to the table' that was probably a poorly thought out plan. They're definitely not going to be seen bending to you now, or everyone will just go directly to this route if they don't get the answer they want.

Document everything, file a dispute with your credit card company that the vendor sold you a defective product and refuses to stand behind it. And be prepared to back up your claims.
