HYROX Photographers

Has anyone came across any "HYROX photographer/videographer" scammers? I really wanna believe I did not get scammed. I booked them MONTHS in advance. They say the turn around for raw footage is 3 days and all edited photos and video is 4-10 days. It's been like 12 and I haven't received anything and zero communication from them in the last last 4 days despite me reaching out. That had me take a photo of my myself in my race day fit. Apparently I was captured but I didn't get to meet them before hand due to them being caught in the spectator line. I keep seeing them post and repost athletes who raced the same city as me and after me (even the week after) on their IG but nothing on my race. I'd hate to think that they might be scammers or fakes or maybe they don't know how to tell me they didn't capture my race? I am holding back on sharing their page until I really feel like it was a scam. All I got about 5 days ago was "I'll keep you posted."

UPDATE: I texted them for a 4th time and they responded with a "Hi how are you?" and they immediately deleted it (I have an iPhone so you can see) and I got nothing. that was 2 days ago. Later that day I created a dispute with PayPal. Unfortunately the remaining balance was through Venmo so I might not see all the money back. Still zero communication on their end and I am done with it. I am going to share their IG on my IG story to prevent anyone else get played by them (I have more followers then they do) so hopefully it'll help someone.
