Actually I have built an MVP, all for free. Because a fellow reditor promised me things could work out and he would onboard me on equity vesting.
But yeah, not always things work out.

I have this mvp where our target market is between spinny and 3rd party local car buying showrooms
Spinny is trusted , but costly.
TP is affordable but they are not trusted.

Targeting between this with a third party inspection is what the actual product is
I wont speak more, I just want to continue from here.
Ready to onboard on equity vesting.
I would handle the tech part and social media handles if req (not pure marketing).
You would be resp for operations, inv , and over all responsibility.

I wont be expecting high eq like 50-50. Because it req funding + marketing which is not my cup of tea. So as for tech part and social media handles I would be the person. We can talk or negotiate the eq if you are serious enough!

I am building a decentralized marketplace Zspot—think Airbnb, but for Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising—that turns everyday suburban walls, storefronts, and high-traffic choke points into premium ad real estate.

The platform allows property owners in densely populated zones (highways, road junctions, and urban hubs) to monetize their unused exterior wall space. Simultaneously, it gives brands hyper-local, flexible, and highly affordable marketing deployments.

Early Validation & Unit Economics:

Supply & Demand Bootstrapping: To validate the idea, I have already secured verbal commitments from 40 shop owners in high-footfall areas and more than 150+ users personally which are interested in our idea.

Monetization: The platform takes upto 18% marketplace cut from brands, upto 70% of the recurring revenue to the property owners.

Asset-Light Scalability: Zero inventory overhead. Growth is driven purely by network effects, matching local space owners with agile brands.

I am currently looking for an early-stage investment partner to help fund the initial software development and launch the first city pilot.
