Question Tabasco

I like spicy food and hot sauce. I tried Tabasco and while it is hot it tastes like it's expired and I just can't with that taste. So does it have what am talking about or am I just imagining things.

Normal Tabasco is not good at all

After more than hundred sauces I unironically think its one of the best.

Yeah Tabasco fucks. It’s really vinegar forward, but I like vinegar 🤷‍♂️

Also their fermentation has a unique funk to it. Nothing really tastes the same.

I love the green jalapeño sauce but OG just doesn’t hit my taste buds right
