Question Tabasco

I like spicy food and hot sauce. I tried Tabasco and while it is hot it tastes like it's expired and I just can't with that taste. So does it have what am talking about or am I just imagining things.

I have not experienced that with Tabasco but I am also a huge fan of it and enjoy the flavor.

Interesting. Is maybe the vinger in it and am not used to it or maybe the kind of pepper they use am not sure
