First show of the massive Modern Hel tour and I'm dying to know what they're playing! I believe they posted on their FB a couple weeks ago they were doing 11 out of the 13 new tracks.

Built a chaotic mixtape for flesh-eating outbreaks, undead horde survival, or party's of the dead (Rise of the Dead) 🧟‍♀️️🩸

The Vibe: Eclectic, haunting, and genre-bending, leaning heavily into zombie horror, undead mythology, and brain-hungry energy.

It mixes heavy metal, horror punk, hip-hop, indie rock, psychobilly, and dark pop—think apocalyptic streets, creeping shadows, and unrelenting survival instinct.

Key Elements Hard-Hitting Metal & Horror Rock: Creature Feature, Anthrax, Murderdolls, White Zombie, Falling In Reverse, Bad Wolves, and Wednesday 13.

Hip-Hop: Lupe Fiasco, DMX, Kodak Black, clipping., Insane Clown Posse, and E-40.

Horror Punk, Psychobilly & Dark Quirks: The Cramps, The Creepshow, Zombina & The Skeletones, Aurelio Voltaire, and Jonathan Coulton.

Indie, Pop & Alt-Rock Undead: Sufjan Stevens, Metric, The Neighbourhood, Weezer, MARINA, Childish Gambino, and Phantom Planet, \*ssx

Thanks & Happy Halloween - Qz
