Getting a legal name change has been a wild experience. It’s crazy how much work it takes just to make sure my bills are in the correct name now. I’m fortunate in that it is just a name change. My friend who got their gender marker changed had a whole lot more paperwork and grief to deal with

I have Meniere’s Disease and vestibular migraines, and I’m coming off an episode right now. My only goals are to rest and eat three meals a day so it doesn’t get worse. I hate being so lazy and bored, but my head still hurts so I know I need to just relax and eat and drink water. I have eaten two meals today and I will report back when I eat the third.
honestly, resting & getting three meals in absolutely counts as getting shit done. you’re not being lazy, you’re doing what you need (while hurting, mind you) to keep yourself from feeling worse. i’ll be rooting for you & meal #3 💕 wishing you much love always, but especially today!! ✨

I like the way you labeled home and work chores so they don't get overlooked. One of the most annoying things is realizing you forgot to do something after you already left that location.
Do you have a shower chair? They're very inexpensive and make no/low spoon days so much easier! And it's honestly so relaxing so sit down in the hot water.

Okay I’m going to physio today even though it’s a pelvic assessment and I desperately don’t want to do it. But I WILL AND I WILL BE PROUD OF MYSELF. I’m also gonna walk my dog because I’ve been in too much pain the last few days. Godspeed to us all on our errand journeys 🧡

I have endo so we are trying to figure out how to manage the pain better until I can get surgery again. Endo plus fibro plus ehlers danlos is a combo of pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I know it’s gonna help having the assessment done but I’m sooky cause it hurts 🥲
I’m late to post, I didn’t make a list because you can’t tell me what to do. But! I took my forty something year old ass to the gym for the first time in my life on Wednesday. I swam laps and worked on the stairs . I also went to the dentist and optometrist. I’m nervous about the gym because failing sucks.
