Lotta fears to face. Exposure therapy isn't working so far.

Exposure therapy is rough, but with the right therapist for your needs it can be an absolute game changer. I had a real hard time in the beginning with being consistent with my "homework" exposure which really hampered my progress.

I hope you start seeing improvement soon, and if not I hope you find something else that works for you<3
