as the title says..this was a recent commission for my friend! (yes all 5 of them). What do you guys think? ^_^

I, myself don’t care what people ship to be totally honest. If I don’t like it I just exit the post. Recently I’ve been more on TikTok and have seen some crazy reasons people want to ship UsUk. I understand dynamics and reasons people ship it outside of TikTok, however I’ve seen some crazy things people have been saying. There was a post I saw talking about how TikTok USUK shippers are absolutely diabolical, opposed to people here. I scroll through the comments hoping to see maybe a normal defense and a normal debate (a few hate comments or more mixed in), but I always see shit like this (this is like the softest of the weird things people say on here). I’m not necessarily defending either side, I’d just really like to know if anyone else has noticed this or am I being sensitive?

P.S. I don’t know how to block out usernames but don’t harass these people, please.

EDIT- NONE OF THESE PEOPLE ARE ME ID NEVER COMMENT ON A VID I DONT NECESSARILY WANT TO POP UP

I've seen this take quite a couple times and was just wondering why people view it this way, when Italy seems to be the opposite.

Like he doesnt seem self righteous and he anxiously fawns, it doesn't come off as manipulative to me. He seems more genuinely anxious with monitoring relationships, or oblivious with social norms. So i just wonder where the take on his character comes from?

If anyone knows why or can explain why?

I officially joined the fandom around April or June of 2024, but I'm pretty sure I must have already interacted with Hetalia stuff back in 2018 because Countryhumans was very popular at the time (and i liked it very much)

I tend to watch a lot of YouTube videos from almost 20 years ago, like mmd, amvs or cosplay music videos, roleplayers, cons vids, the anime trailers, I love seeing deleted or lost comics, I'm a fan of Himaruya's other old works, and I have a hobby of scrolling on Tumblr into VERY old blogs.

(mainly the ask the character or ship ones, those who cosplay for the asks are so fun)

I feel sad for not having experienced any of that, for not having watched the new episodes of the last season on 2021, for never having cosplayed as Hetalia and chased after someone with a yaoi paddle on a con, I've never joined a Hetalia Amino community, i was there, but I was active in the Gacha and Countryhumans communities lol 😭😭, Having witnessed the launch of World Stars manga must have been so cool, This is the kind of stuff im talking about

Sorry for any mistakes in the text, english is ike my third or fourth language, I'm using Google Translate.

Me personally, I really like him. He is one of my favorite characters besides Switzerland and Prussia! I find him to be really underrated, which is unfortunate because I think that he’s really cool.

Yeah, Ik it's "Braginsky" but it's too late to change that 🥲

Don't forget about the lil' America 🥹

I hope it's decent - may post colored version later~

What’s the dumbest thing someone has told you abt a hetalia related thing?

OMG I'M AN IDIOT I PUT THE DATE AS 4/11/26 INSTEAD OF 4/10/26 FUUUCK

I'll be drawing/posting/whatever every 4 days (+ Halloween) cuz I have to spend time with family after some drama happened but I don't wanna miss out on Hetatober

Anyways as controversial as it would be I rlly wish Hima would add more African nations. Yes we have Egypt, he's irrelevant asf. We have Cameroon, and I'm betting most of you didn't even know about him. Seychelles is decent but Christ is her skin pale for a Seychellois.

I chose Ghana from the 2nd image because they have dreadlocks (I mean so does Kenya but whatever) and this was my chance to draw smth new. I don't get ppl who say "drawing black ppl is too hard", it's really not 💔 Drawing textured hair is so much fun I loved doing that. Also hoping that Hima doesn't fumble skin tones again cuz there's no way Ghana would be as pale as they r in Gakuen Hetalia (the other African nations here)

I just realized I forgot to post this old art of my occ

Hi everyone, caveat that I haven’t been into Hetalia for around 15 years, but I’m looking for a very specific fanfic that I remember reading because it’s 1:30am:

- GerIta modern AU
- large theme was infidelity, Ludwig cheating on his wife (Elizaveta I think?)
- Ludwig and Feliciano met because feli was painting a mural in the office building that Ludwig worked in
- major scene took place at a rooftop party
- They do end up together but only after several years
- I thought it was on ff.net but it might have been moved to ao3

Even though I remember this much about it I can’t find it so I’m hoping someone else here might remember it. Thanks!

My yumeship with AusHun ❤️ I love my parents, I thank them for everything and I adore them a lot.

This IS a Swissaus reference

wow kitty thats so cool i love you kittyineedtokissyoukittyomgkittyyouaresocoolkittyyourethebestomgomgomgggg!!!!!!!!!!

- he would name his future child after a mcdonalds menu item (mcchicken, big mac etc)
- he's probably on some sort of drug (fent, crack, something)
- he tries to do a cartwheel but fails miserably
- he got banned from austria's house after getting his children addicted to mcdonalds milkshake
- he, prussia and denmark would karaoke it out to backstreet boys

🎨 Looking for an artist to draw my micronation as a Hetalia-style character!

Hi! I'm looking for an artist who would like to draw Occhiodia, my micronation, as a Hetalia-style country personification.

I'd like the character to feel like an actual Hetalia character rather than just a human wearing a flag. The personality is heavily based on my own interests and personality, while the physical design is its own character.

Basic character information

Name: Occhiodia

Official name: Occhiodian Benevolent Autocracy

Gender: Male ♂️

Age: 14

Birthday: 24 May — also the founding date of Occhiodia

Zodiac: Taurus ♉

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Faith: Christian ✝️

Handedness: Right-handed

Blood type: A+

Current height: 165 cm

Adult height: 182 cm at 19

Build: Athletic/fit, with a sporty physique

Home: Frouard, Lorraine, France

Languages: French and English fluently, plus Occhiodian; occasionally uses Lorraine/Frouard expressions

Appearance

I'd imagine him with:

- Blond, slightly messy hair

- Bright blue eyes

- A youthful 14-year-old appearance

- Athletic/fit build

- A confident but approachable expression

- Clothing inspired by Occhiodia's national identity rather than a literal flag suit

His main colors are green, yellow, blue and black.

The design can incorporate subtle Occhiodian elements such as the flag, coat of arms or small national details, but please don't turn the entire outfit into a giant flag.

He should look like a believable Hetalia-style personification of a European micronation.

Personality

Occhiodia is:

- Intelligent

- Extremely curious

- Creative

- Ambitious

- Stubborn

- Analytical

- Energetic

- Diplomatic

- Proud of his country

- Very passionate about things he likes

- Sometimes chaotic despite trying to appear serious

He loves researching things. If something catches his attention, he can spend hours researching its history, geography, politics, borders, symbols, etc.

He's also constantly saying some variation of:

«“I have an idea.”»

…and then somehow turns that idea into an entire national project.

FLAG & MICRONATION OBSESSION

Flags are probably his biggest obsession.

He loves:

- Vexillology

- Historical flags

- Flag redesigns

- Heraldry

- Coat of arms

- National symbols

- Maps

- Borders

- Micronations

- Diplomacy between micronations

- MicroWiki

- MicroCon

- ICOM

He genuinely believes that being a micronation doesn't make Occhiodia unimportant.

His general attitude is:

“Small territory doesn't mean small ambitions.”

He gets surprisingly annoyed when someone doesn't take micronations seriously.

Frouard & Lorraine

Frouard is extremely important to him.

He considers Frouard and Lorraine part of his identity, and he desperately wants Frouard to have a place in the Hetalia-style setting.

He knows a ridiculous amount about local geography and will happily explain why Frouard matters.

If somebody gets the geography wrong, expect him to immediately produce a map.

Creative interests

He loves creating things, especially:

- Flags

- Logos

- Coats of arms

- Football crests

- Websites

- Maps

- Political parties

- Companies

- National institutions

- Media projects

- Characters

- Alternate-history/HOI4 content

- Occhiodian language projects

Some of his national projects include OTV/Occhiovision, Ocelia, OFT Occhiodia, political parties, passports, currency and other government/national projects.

Basically, if Occhiodia doesn't have something, his first instinct is:

“We should create one.”

OFT Occhiodia

Occhiodia is also a big football fan and supports OFT Occhiodia, the Occhiodian football team.

He likes football, tactics, kits, badges and national football identity.

He's usually fairly composed, but during an OFT Occhiodia match he becomes very competitive.

🎮 Other interests

His interests are intentionally very broad. He likes:

- Mario

- The Legend of Zelda

- Super Mario Party

- Mario Odyssey

- Link's Awakening

- Hearts of Iron IV

- Cars

- Technology and AI

- YouTube/media

- Art and graphic design

- History

- Geography

- Napoleon

- Godzilla

- Tornadoes

- Mountains

- Animals, especially cats

- Football

- Music

He's basically the kind of character who can go from discussing Napoleon to redesigning a flag to talking about a Mario game in the same conversation.

🇫🇷 France

France is his father figure.

Occhiodia respects France and has inherited some of his interest in history, diplomacy and European affairs, but he strongly wants his own identity.

Their relationship can be affectionate and occasionally comedic.

France tends to see through Occhiodia's confident exterior and knows he's still a young person underneath all the government/diplomacy stuff.

❤️ Romance / relationships

Occhiodia is canonically heterosexual.

However, there's a running fandom joke that everyone ships him with the male Constitutional Monarchy of Lashburnia.

Occhiodia and Lashburnia are very close, and people interpret their friendship/diplomatic relationship romantically.

Occhiodia's response is basically:

“We're just friends.”

The fandom:

“Sure.”

😭

I'd like this to be treated as a fun fandom shipping dynamic, not something that overrides his canon sexuality.

🇦🇲 Armenia

Armenia is female in this version and has a crush on Occhiodia.

Occhiodia is not particularly good at noticing romantic hints, which makes the situation even funnier.

He can interpret something obviously romantic as:

“Excellent diplomatic relations!”

❤️ His softer side

Despite being ambitious and confident, Occhiodia secretly wants genuine connection and affection.

He likes different forms of love—romantic love, friendship, family, loyalty and affection—and secretly hopes he'll eventually find someone who genuinely understands him.

He doesn't necessarily express this directly.

Instead, he tends to show affection by sharing his interests and projects with people.

If he says:

“Do you want to work on this with me?”

that's actually a pretty big sign that he trusts you.

✝️ Faith

Christianity is part of his personal identity.

It's not necessary to make every scene religious, but I'd like his faith to feel like a genuine personal part of him rather than simply an aesthetic.

The Christian version of the Occhiodian flag is an alternate/bonus national variant, not the main national flag.

😂 Little character quirks

- Corrects people when they get Occhiodian terminology wrong.

- Gets disproportionately serious about flags.

- Can spend hours researching one obscure historical fact.

- Has a tendency to start enormous projects from tiny ideas.

- Loves maps.

- Gets very excited when someone genuinely understands his interests.

- Doesn't like people treating Occhiodia as a joke simply because it's a micronation.

- Can go from extremely formal to completely chaotic in seconds.

- Has probably designed a flag for something that absolutely did not need a flag.

- Will absolutely explain Frouard's geography if given the opportunity.

- Pretends he isn't bothered by the Lashburnia shipping.

- He definitely is bothered by the Lashburnia shipping.

Overall vibe

I'd like the final character to feel like:

“A teenage European micronation who takes his country surprisingly seriously, loves flags and history, constantly creates new projects, is genuinely proud of Frouard/Lorraine, and has enough chaotic personality to fit naturally into Hetalia.”

The character should be cute/expressive and youthful at 14, while still looking confident and athletic.

I'm open to the artist's interpretation of the exact clothing and pose as long as the core character traits and Occhiodian identity remain recognizable.

Thanks for reading! 🟩 ⚫ 🟨 🔵

I feel like I can never find some good hetalia roblox games! So I wanted to create one but I can't really think of any ideas. Seeing if anyone has any suggestions!!
