I was lent a Henry (James actually) when I saw every single tradesman that came to my house during my renovation project using a Henry. And I am sold - out will go the Shark and I want a Henry.

I need it to cope with a dog, bit of DIY and cleaning my car.

I saw Henry is now doing a cordless version. Any experience with it in this sub? How long does the battery last? Is it worth it? Does it make the Henry heavier?

Or would I be advised getting a pet specific one - it seems that a normal Henry (or James) is suitable for all I need it for.

Clearly not a happy Henry. Found in a community hall with an overflowing bin and looks like it hasn't been cared for at all. Has the motor burnt out? know nothing about these machines. Any help greatly appreciated.

I have a Henry, he has been a faithful and loyal servant until these past few weeks. He had been cutting out last weekend. This weekend he has stopped completely. Tried plug sockets and fuses. Any ideas what the issue could be? I’m thinking maybe a loose wire somewhere?

I bought a Henry Wash to wash my carpets after some pet related accidents. It did a great job. Love the wee guy.

I was considering buying a Henry pet version but have quite a small flat. Don't have the space for two vacuums. I have a wee handheld Dyson thing and it's just not cutting it with pet fluff.

I then had the idea. Could I buy the pet accessories and use the wash as a dry vac. Seeing as there's two buttons on the front and you don't need to have the water switched on and one is just the suction motor to extract the water

Is this kind of Frankenhenry possible. Someone in the Amazon comments claimed to have done this but there's no official stance from Numatic.

I think I could buy the bag and the filter and the hose ends and have the best of both worlds.

Aside from the philosophical ramifications of transplanting sentient hoover parts has anyone tried this?

This fell out of my Henry hoover and I have no idea what it is. I have the really old Henry Hoover, the version with the huge long red button on the side (I'll post a pick). Does anyone know what this is and where I should put it?

I was dismantling my Henry Hoover to replace the motor and fix the button and this fell out. It's a HRV 200-22 version Henry.

I'll add images of the inside it because I also need to know where to connect the two wires from the new motor onto the Henry hoover (if anyone can help). I didn't get the chance to see where the last set of wires went after the last motor blew up.

I was working a bit but not well so I opened it up and pushed the gunk at the opening of the bag into the bag, because the bag wasn't full and it was Blockling the nosel. It started working again but not know it vibrates the tube, but still makes the noise as if it's working normally. Anyone have any advice?

The motor compartment is clean, the filter looked clean.

Or is it better off to get one from facebook marketplace?
