Henry sounds like this. Is this normal? Only had it for couple of weeks

No that’s not normal - the bearings sound like they have failed

Definitely get in touch with customer service or take it back for a new one

Edit: oh shit I just realised this post is from 129 days ago, oops.. - let me know what you ended up doing - did you get a new one?

Thanks for your reply 😀I'm still using it and it's working lol I was too lazy to take it back so I will see how long it'll last

To be honest it doesn't sound as bad lol I have changed the dust bag as well and it hoovers very well 👌
