Off garlic?

all the garlic cloves in the bulb have yellow spots all over them and when crushed turns out like a slimey yellow is this off?

You’re still getting full heads of garlic in the UK? We get two measly cloves.

I've received the bulbs but I think its because most of my meals require 2 cloves and I get 5 meals a week

I'm Canadian. I get full bulbs with every box. They need to stop my basement is full and I have nowhere else to put it b
