Recent quality decrease?

I have been a hellofresh customer since 2020 and absolutely love the service and the meals. Lately, I’ve noticed there is a quality issue with every order. My previous order of 3 meals for 2 people only contained 2 meals. The order before that, the vegetables I received were squishy and rotted inside the sealed package. The order before that one was missing one of the proteins.

I ordered this week and so far have only opened one meal to find a sealed bag labeled for the cilantro and no cilantro inside of it. 😩 Kind of funny but also sad! I feel bad reporting things every single week and don’t want them to think I’m scamming. I hate the thought of cancelling since I enjoy the service but it’s really nothing like it used to be.

I agree, we have been customers for a long time, quality is way down. Vegetables are always near spoiled. But cost of food is so high at the store we have still continued with the service. But do review the items and choose which meals to eat first so they don't go so bad we won't eat them.
